THE CLIENT

Sneaky Experience, headed by Julia Benfield, is a dynamic experiential events company, producing extraordinary experiences in beautiful locations across the country. From eggcellent Easter events, to supernatural Halloween expeditions, and a spine-tingling spin on outdoor cinema, Sneaky can turn their hand to deliver any family-friendly fiesta. Safe to say, when Julia approached Electric Cat in need of some marketing wo(man)-power for Sneaky’s 2023 Christmas Experiences, we were SUPER excited!

THE BRIEF

Beginning in October, and under Julia’s creative leadership, Electric Cat embarked on a journey to capture the imagination of potential customers. Designing, creating and rolling out content across Sneaky’s various social channels, we began expanding their reach and drawing in interest. In the midst of the festive season, Sneaky Experience and Electric Cat Productions orchestrated three enchanting Christmas experiences, dazzling attendees across the country. What began as a marketing venture evolved into a comprehensive partnership, blending strategic expertise with operational finesse. From content creation to marketing strategy and even Event Managing all three venues, the Electric Cat team reflects upon the journey of making Sneaky’s vision a magical reality.

As the process continued, Electric Cat took on additional involvement in the production management. Leading on logistics, venue liaison, and management of contractors, Electric Cat were able to ensure that all milestones were reached in a timely manner, and that each experience was planned to perfection and ready to roll.

THE DELIVERY

Finally, it was time to welcome audiences into these charming, festive experiences. Electric Cat oversaw all aspects of the event delivery, including providing Event Managers to all three venues, managing the install and pre-event venue preparations, and negotiating with suppliers. With our fabulous EMs, Ruth, Rachel and Robyn, at the helm, we successfully delivered Christmas euphoria to families up and down the country. Behind the scenes, it was all hands on deck: While the rest of the team continued managing and generating content for Sneaky’s social accounts, Mads, our incredible photographer, was capturing every magical moment at Ashridge House. Delivered over 550 performances across three venues
Provided Event Managers, who each supervised stewarding staff, coordinated a team of 7+ actors, and maintained communications with venue staff
Captured swathes of video and photo content, and continued to drive ticket sales via social channels during the events
